Refund Policy

1. Digital product, delivered instantly
Nomify sells a one-time digital unlock (currently $4.99) that reveals your full name and domain results immediately after payment. Because the product is delivered and consumed instantly, all sales are generally final.
2. EU and UK right of withdrawal
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By purchasing and accessing your results immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the results are unlocked.
3. When we will make it right
We want you to get what you paid for. If the Service fails to deliver results because of a technical problem on our side (for example, generation fails or no results unlock), contact us and we will re-run your session or refund your payment. Our system also automatically issues a credit for paid sessions that cannot be completed.
4. What is not refundable
- Changing your mind after results are unlocked.
- A domain becoming unavailable after we confirmed it, if you did not register it promptly. Availability is confirmed at check time and can change.
- Dissatisfaction with the style or creativity of the suggestions, which are inherently subjective.
5. How to request
Email support@nomify.ai with the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or session reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.
6. Merchant of Record
Payments and refunds are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your purchase. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. Card disputes and chargebacks are also handled through Polar.
